Christopher Russo, and his small but mighty team, clearly came to our family's rescue!!! We had a brand new, top of the line HVAC System poorly specified and poorly installed by a highly recommended General Contractor!!! Sad, but true. When the system finally left us high and dry, just before a basic heat wave, Christopher came and assessed the entire situation. Together we were able to identify many of the things that went wrong with this brand new system...and we both understood how it failed. Then Chris specified another brand new system, that has proven to be a much better solution for our 75 year old home. Given that the home, still wonderful, is 75 years old, Chris was able to navigate all the known trouble spots. And offer solutions that should prove to be lasting. Plus, the Installation Crew was a dream!! As owners of a 75 year old home, we have had many crews working inside. They were fast, precise, polite, patient, and super clean!!
